Hi, I’m Michelle Friel, a Glasgow-based legal celebrant working across Scotland, and I truly love what I do. For me, this role is about so much more than delivering a ceremony, it’s about connecting with people, understanding their story, and creating something that feels completely personal to them.

I specialise in legal weddings, creating relaxed, meaningful and memorable ceremonies that reflect each couple’s personality, whether that’s romantic, fun, modern, or something a little different. You’re not choosing from a script, we build your ceremony together, from the first words to the final moment, making it truly yours.

Alongside weddings, I also create and deliver funeral services, vow renewals and naming ceremonies, supporting individuals and families through all of life’s most important moments. Whether it’s a joyful celebration or a gentle, heartfelt farewell, my approach is always the same, to listen, to guide, and to create a ceremony that feels right for you.
