As an independent wedding celebrant, I’m genuinely passionate about helping couples craft a ceremony that reflects who they are, what they value, and the love they share. No scripts, no templates, no awkward formalities – just a beautifully written ceremony that feels natural, relaxed, and deeply personal.
I believe your ceremony is the emotional heart of your day. It should make you feel seen, heard, and completely at ease. Whether your style is romantic, modern, playful, heartfelt, or a little bit of everything, I’ll work closely with you to create something that truly fits.
One of the joys of choosing an independent celebrant is freedom. You can include whatever feels meaningful to you – handfasting, sand or candle ceremonies, family involvement, cultural or spiritual elements, personal vows, readings, or moments of gentle humour. Together, we’ll shape a ceremony that flows beautifully and feels authentic from start to finish.
Many couples I work with have already made venue or registrar arrangements and choose to have their legal registration separately. If that’s you, I’m very happy to guide you through how the legal side works, including the simple 2+2 marriage registration option at a registrar’s office.

Personal, Emotional and Truly Unforgettable
We couldn’t have wished for a more perfect celebrant for our wedding. From the very beginning, Angela put so much time, care and thought into the planning process, taking the time to really get to know us as a couple. This was reflected in every detail of the ceremony.
The ceremony itself was beyond anything we could have imagined – incredibly personal, meaningful and beautifully delivered. There were tears from many of our guests (and from us too!).
We especially loved how Angela included our boys in such special ways, with a beautiful sand ceremony and as ‘special helpers’ during the ring warming. She also incorporated a Welsh handfasting tradition and involved family members through readings, which made the whole experience feel even more heartfelt and unique.
On the day, Angela was calm, organised and delivered everything seamlessly. We honestly couldn’t imagine having a standard registrar – the difference in how warm, personal and memorable the ceremony felt was incredible. She made it truly our wedding, and we will treasure those moments forever.

We chose Angela to officiate our wedding and are so grateful for everything she did to make our ceremony so special. One of the things we loved most was how she included our whole family. Our teenage son and our lively three-year-old daughter were made to feel fully part of the day, and Angela’s creative suggestions allowed other family members to be involved through readings and a beautiful handfasting ceremony. It made the experience even more meaningful and memorable.

The Most Perfect and Personal Ceremony.
We chose Angela as our celebrant for our wedding and from our very first video call we knew we had found someone special. Warm, professional and full of ideas, she immediately put us at ease and helped us imagine the perfect ceremony.
As we were living in Scotland but getting married in England, we wanted a traditional ceremony that reflected both our English and Scottish heritage. Angela suggested beautiful touches such as handfasting and other meaningful elements that made the ceremony feel truly personal to us.
Throughout the planning process, Angela was an absolute joy to work with. Her questionnaire and conversations helped us share our story, and she gently brought us out of our shells to create a ceremony script that was heartfelt, meaningful and completely unique to us.

As guests of what turned out to be a suprise wedding at weekend just want to day how special the ceremony was. Angela had clearly spent time getting to know our lovely friends. The ceremony was so personalised and emotional yet at the same time funny and uplifting. Everyone there was involved and it was different to what you normally see in a wedding ceremony yet still included the traditional parts you expect to take place. Angela took the time and care to fully understand our story. She asked questions to get the finer detail and was fully invested into making our day exactly how we imagined it.
She created our story so perfectly into a speech which she eloquently told to all our guests. When she sent this to us beforehand we both shed tears and I told her that she literally could sell the speech for others to deliver.
She supported us to decide the finer details of the ceremony and we opted for the ring warming and sand ceremony which she personalised just for us. It was beautiful to know every guest had held our rings and made a wish for our future and the sand ceremony provided us with a unique keepsake that we will treasure forever.
During the ceremony Angela delivered our story impeccably with pose, humour and love. There was not a dry eye in the room. She took control of the confetti shot knowing that was important to us.
